The Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood published seven articles as part of a symposium marking the one-year anniversary of the Nashville Statement, which was released on August 25, 2017.

The Nashville Statement is an evangelical coalition statement on biblical sexuality that came out of a meeting of scholars, pastors, and other leaders at the national conference of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission in Nashville last year. The statement, comprised of 14 affirmations and denials, was released “in the hope of serving Christ’s church,” according to the statement’s preamble.

The symposium featured articles by seven of the original signatories: Albert Mohler, Russell Moore, Rosaria Butterfield, Andrew Walker, Ligon Duncan, Christopher Yuan, and Denny Burk. Links to their articles can be found below.

Clarity in the Age of Confusion,” by R. Albert Mohler, Jr.

Proclaiming the Message of God’s Good Design,” by Russell Moore
