The title of this post is a bit of misnomer because this is actually a reintroduction of a podcast that has been around for a while but only with irregular content. Well, that has changed.
Colin Smothers and I are now producing weekly episodes of the podcast. For the next several months we are going to be discussing/teaching through the Nashville and Danvers Statements. The first episode has already been posted, and it is available now.
We will also be doing interviews with guests from time to time to discuss books and other items of interest. Our first interview is with Dr. Heath Lambert, the pastor of FBC Jacksonville, who has recently come under fire for leading his church to adopt a statement on biblical sexuality. Dr. Lambert tells the story of how severe the backlash has been from the community and how the church has responded. It’s a great conversation, and I hope you will be able to listen.
The podcast is available on Apple podcasts and Spotify, so please subscribe!
The first two episodes are posted below.
You, too, can help support the ministry of CBMW. We are a non-profit organization that is fully-funded by individual gifts and ministry partnerships. Your contribution will go directly toward the production of more gospel-centered, church-equipping resources.
This new curriculum is aimed at Christians who are facing challenging questions with the rise of LGBT ideology on topics like homosexuality, transgenderism, gender dysphoria, intersex conditions, preferred pronouns, and more. The study is broken down into eight chapters that guide readers through the Bible’s teaching on gender, sexuality, and marriage. Male & Female He Created Them gives Christians with a biblical foundation that starts in Genesis 1 and 2 with God’s good design in making mankind male and female in His image.
Male & Female He Created Them: A Study on Gender, Sexuality, & Marriage can be purchased online at Christian Book, Christian Focus, Amazon, and Barnes & Noble.
