We all base our lives on what we think God is like. We act on what we know—or believe we know—about God.
The question is whether what we believe about God is true.
Without realizing it, many of us give greater weight to traditions and emotions than to developing a solid foundation of belief. And when we do take time to study the underpinnings of our faith, we don’t connect it with daily life—we can’t seem to get our theology into everyday work and relationships, thoughts and actions.
This year at Next we’ll study some of the essential doctrines of the Christian faith. We’ll ask, “What difference should these things make in the way we live?” As we consider who God is, what Jesus accomplished, how the Bible should guide us, how we grow as Christians, and how human history will end, we’ll press for real-life application.
You, too, can help support the ministry of CBMW. We are a non-profit organization that is fully-funded by individual gifts and ministry partnerships. Your contribution will go directly toward the production of more gospel-centered, church-equipping resources.
This new curriculum is aimed at Christians who are facing challenging questions with the rise of LGBT ideology on topics like homosexuality, transgenderism, gender dysphoria, intersex conditions, preferred pronouns, and more. The study is broken down into eight chapters that guide readers through the Bible’s teaching on gender, sexuality, and marriage. Male & Female He Created Them gives Christians with a biblical foundation that starts in Genesis 1 and 2 with God’s good design in making mankind male and female in His image.
Male & Female He Created Them: A Study on Gender, Sexuality, & Marriage can be purchased online at Christian Book, Christian Focus, Amazon, and Barnes & Noble.
