The Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood will sponsor a half-day conference entitled “Different by Design: A Crucial Call to Faithfulness on Gender Issues” in February just prior to the annual Desiring God Pastor’s Conference (formerly the Bethlehem Conference for Pastors).

R. Albert Mohler Jr. and J. Ligon Duncan III will be the featured speakers at this year’s “Different by Design” conference, which will be held from 7:30 a.m. to noon on Feb. 5 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minn. The conference is aimed at pastors and church leaders. The annual Desiring God Pastor’s Conference will begin at the convention center later that same day.

Mohler is a CBMW council member and serves as president of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Ky. Duncan is chairman of the board of CBMW and serves as pastor of the historic First Presbyterian Church (PCA) of Jackson, Miss.

Registration for the “Different by Design” conference is limited, so those desiring to attend are urged to register early. Registration is available at new.cbmw.org/conferences.

Registration for the two conferences is separate. For further information on the Desiring God Pastor’s Conference, please see www.desiringgod.org/events/PastorsConferences/2007.
